Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and discuss your project. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

We do not sell your personal information or use it for marketing without your agreement.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers we need to run our business, such as our email and web hosting providers, who process it on our behalf. We may also share information where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry or project, and for any period required by law, then delete them.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or move it to another organisation. Email info@jrr.co.uk and we will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes
We will update this notice if the way we handle personal information changes, for example when the online enquiry form is switched on.
